the below video is the only one i could find which shows the clip without the entire rally. 2:40 is around the time the clip of the rally starts. but the commentary is ok to listen to. Pay attention to how Trump looks after the protestor is removed at around 3:40. He appears to look kind of uneasy and then he makes some stupid comment about whether the protestor was a man or a woman because of the long hair . It was pretty stupid but seemed more like he just wanted to get them to think about something else .
