It is from a Russia company that can access your photos. The DNC is telling candidates to not use this app.

We are going to see more of these apps from Russia trying to steal our data. Every time you see something that is suspicious on social media please report here so we can not be comprised by Russia in 2020. I will not be posting to Facebook until after the orange menace is gone. I still look at notifications but I never post anymore and if I use twitter I just retweet something someone else sent.

You mean the billions of photos people put on Facebook, etc??? Why in the world would the Russians or anyone else need an app to steal photos or data when everyone, including candidates, puts it all on Facebook. The warning makes zero sense.
