They lie to outsiders about being racist. At home, in their social groups, they can be open racists. But in public, the average racist has learned to deny the obvious.

And if anyone calls a racist on openly racist language, the racist claims to be the victim of political correctness. Or, the racist claims that their own free speech rights are being infringed upon.

Anyone who voted for Trump voted for a racist. So, at best, Trump voters support racists.
