That, like last time, the Orange Blob loses the popular vote by millions.

But "miraculously" ekes out an Electoral College win by magically coming up with razor-thin margins in a few key swing states.

'Magically' as in someone flipped a bunch of votes on the tabulation end - which must have been very easy, given that those devices (many of which date from the Bush years) were designed to be easily hacked.

This is what worries me most.

Registration shaving is still the easiest seeing there's no one auditing provisional anomalies nationwide

Plus, of course, the famous 'disappearing votes'.

Who just happened to cast by Black people from Detroit.

Too much around registration, voting, and (particularly) tabulation is computerized - and often by the wrong people. The possibilities for Russian (and Isreali) mischief are almost endless.

To say nothing of domestic miscreants like Rove and his nifty Tennessee servers. He got punked in 2012 though (hence his shock).

With Big Business behind it all.

They've always chafed at having to live with western style democracy, and they believe this is their chance to rid themselves of that.

he wont win in a FAIR election .

it's all the other crap they do that we need to worry about. in fact all the other crap is something we need to worry about more than finding the perfect candidate.

a fair election would have meant a black woman was governor of georgia right now. a black woman holds the seat held by newt gingrich.

these are the changes they are fighting against and they are welcoming russian attacks and anything else to cheat their way to stay in power.

... a hypothetical general election, months before the actual election. Obama indeed won the popular vote by about the same margin as the earlier polls.

The hypothetical election polls also showed that Hillary Clinton polled significantly worse than McCain, and I'm convinced it would've remained that way on election day.

Similar polling was done prior to the last Presidential election, and it showed a close race between Clinton and the orange-faced idiot. I was HOPING that she'd pull away months later, but that obviously didn't happen. (I'm fully aware that she won the popular vote, but it's ridiculous that Trump was even close!)

I won't feel more confident about a potential Democratic nominee until I see national polls showing he/she kicking Trump's ass.

we have plenty of candidates, whoever is polling best against trump during primary votes in key states should be the one. We can’t take any chances. I don’t wanna hear about popular vote polls and California polls. Why not focus on PA, WI, MI, FL, AZ, etc.

He saw vote counters cross out HUNDREDS of Kerry votes and change them to Bush votes. He notified his supervisor . The supervisor did nothing about it.

Trump's voters are not all racist, xenophobic Bible thumpers. Accepting that point is the first step in understanding how to win some of them back.
