Consider how many very well connected folk are worried about just what he might say or give up in evidence, especially if they cannot buy him out of jail. How many Putin connected people who may have had evidence to share or confirm have died in the last 4 years? Imagine a much larger pool of concerned individuals who have at least as much as Vladimir to conceal with far more access and money to apply.

I don't know what Barr et al may do or allow to happen, but the aforementioned "concerned" cannot leave the planet so they are quite likely to arrange something else. Small planes are among the least of Epstein's worries at this point.
