in holding him back in many areas. Just go to ACLU's website to see the litany of court success they have had on travel ban, census, abortion, and on and on since Trump has been in office.

Yes, thus far the courts are holding, aided by the excellence of pro-bono high powered legal minds assisting ACLU and other organizations, including the likes of Neil Katyal, Laurence Tribe, Norm Eisen and many many others.

The "sky is NOT falling" unless we propagate this sense that all is hopeless.
