Holding the umbrella makes even his usual corrections difficult. He crosses over his legs, right leg juts with handshake. Esp at 28 minute point. This was from his visit to French Cemetary for WWI armistice 100th anniversary late last year.

I'm starting to lean on diabetic encephalopathy/diabetic neuropathy as an explanation myself. It could explain the fear of stairs, wandering. He does favor one side but I think it's unlikely we're looking at TIA/stroke aftermath. It's hard to walk a straight line and confidently bound up the stairs if you can't feel your damn feet or you're getting random shooting pains with every other step.

Obesity, age, shitty diet, etc so on. Diabetic encephalopathy would explain many Trump behaviors.

16. Somebody with training in physical therapy might be able to comment on his gait.

A friend of mine is a physical therapist and she says she always notices if someone has gait issues...it is part of what she is trained to do.

But even without training, you can see something is off about his gait. At times he almost (not quite) staggers. It’s as if he can partially catch himself before he loses his balance completely. But he still walks in a most unusual pattern. Gotta mean something.

The cerebellum is the center for coordination and balance. I suspect that his huge, flapping chin and his huge, flapping gut may be flapping out of synch, too. That's probably throwing off his balance, as well.
