but what was the reason he spoke in Spanish at the presser? Were a lot of the victims Hispanic ?
I can’t see from my phone why or what context that occurred

He was a dick about it..."I'll answer a question in Spanish if you ask one in Spanish"

Reporter wouldn't give up, then it began.
