Question about the costs of housing the undocumented children:

MSNBC just reported the cost of housing one child is between $750.00 to $800.00 per day.

These are the government run facilities, not the private ones.

Why ???

I have not heard, or seen a single person ask why ???

$22,500.00 to $24,000.00 per month.

Why ???

What are the private run facilities charging ???

That is not what was reported on MSNBC.

They specifically stated the costs pertaining to the government facilities.

They were touring a government facility.

The private ones were only mentioned when they started talking about the abuse,

lack of food, lack of water, and overall disgusting conditions.

The photos of the new facility they showed had beds, a huge and I mean huge room

with tables and chairs (maybe the cafeteria), and classrooms where English was being taught.

They said the visit was very controlled and they could only talk to the children for a few seconds.

They used the word seconds.
