No oversight means that they can do whatever they want and what they want is to continue as they have been but increase the scale of the whole mess.

There are serious problems with the cultures of ICE and CBP. As we have seen repeatedly.

ICE is a relatively new agency, created after 9/11. Abolish it and try again.
