Your employer can fire you for speech they don't like (with narrow exceptions for things like union organizing). The first amendment doesn't apply.

A private, non-gov website can kick you off for whatever speech they wish to. The first amendment doesn't apply.

Private businesses can kick your ass to the curb because they don't like your speech. The first amendment doesn't apply.

The bill of rights is a protection from government interference. It doesn't grant rights.
