According to a report at the New York Times, Donald Trump is increasingly ramping up his attacks on former President Barrack Obama as a tough 2020 re-election campaign ramps up and he worries about a challenge by Obama’s former Vice President Joe Biden.

If Obama and Biden agreed to mess with putin's puppet by leaking he could be Biden's VP pick. The Dems need to play games with him now, and get the news cycle every time he does or claims something to get control of it. Maybe suggest reporters should ask him if he thinks tax fraud and money laundering crimes sentencing should be raised and mandatory .
