Or are they delayed until the lower court decides on the citizenship question?

mostly NPR, have said they are printing as the idiot thinks an addendum with be issued after he wins his argument. Addenda don't arrive with the survey so I think he's talking out his ass again. He will not be able to do this and he's just punching every button he sees to try and fuck everything up because that's what ptuinkim told him to do.

The census is that important, he is desperate to mess it up no matter what.
