Has anyone else gotten this email about "Trumpcare"?

Medicare Open Enrollment Extension

It's important to know what is changing to YOUR Medicare insurance under the proposed Trumpcare plan. Don't get stuck in a Medicare plan that isn't working for you! Open Enrollment has ended, but many seniors are still eligible for an extension to change their 2019 Medicare plan.

Are you not entirely sure what benefits your current plan is offering for 2019 or are you confused by your Annual Notice of Change letter?

Do you want to compare plans from national and regional carriers all in one place but don't know who to turn to?

Fill out our free, non-obligation short form and get connected to a licensed specialist that can help match you with the best plan that fits YOUR needs!

I haven't heard shit about a proposed "Trumpcare" plan from Fat Donnie nor any other Repug. I would think that if he actually had a plan and not just platitudes, the Orange One would be hyping it every day.

name on it. What got me was the use of the term "proposed Trumpcare," when we all know he hasn't done shit but try to destroy Obamacare.

I get them a few times a week in my real mail from different named companies. These people are a bit more clever and it'll probably work on the Trump crowd.

I got a lot of this type of advertising when I lost my Medicare Advantage Choice plan. They used the terminology "Trumpcare Supplemental Plans" for replacement for Advantage Choice. If you lived in a rural county, Advantage Choice was eliminated and Supplemental Plans were being pushed at a difference of $70 for Advantage Choice, with a $420 price tag on a Supplemental Plan that gave you the same coverage. The only thing Trumpcare Supplemental gave was a greatly inflated price tag. I found one Advantage plan offered in my county and it gave me the same coverage for the same coverage and cost with a different provider. Whew!

Advice to those who need help. In the back of the Medicare book is a listing of all the solutions in your particular area. You can read them, compare companies and what they provide. Some cost nothing at all. Most Doctors in an area are included but simply ask your Doctor’s Receptionist if they accept a plan.

Maybe I should not say this but check your Medicare book before contacting AARP. They may be good but they are an Insurance company.

I used a Senior Help link for my state, and they are the ones who steered me toward the Advantage plan that was the only Advantage plan available in my county. Advantage plans usually have Medicare part D as part of what they offer. The Medicare Supplement Plans do not include Medicare part D, and to get the comparable coverage I had, I would have had to add 4 riders that drove up the cost significantly. I feel the supplement plans were a "scam".

Found a good one. We were guided by our Union when so many plans changed. I was lucky enough to be able to stay with the same company. But learned a great deal from the company they picked.

Many of us remember the old HMO plans. The new ones are totally different. I was surprised how many did not know what was in the back of the Medicare book. I helped a neighbor just the other day. Many companies are cancelling Retiree pension plans. Especially if the company is sold.

If you can help just one person it is great. Silver Sneakers keep me healthy.

Whatever his angle is, it's a scam and Trump is making money off vulnerable senior citizens.
