in the 18th century. He doesn't know what the fuck he's reading - it has no meaning - he is totally and completely disconnected from reality. That is not fucking normal.

I would tell the audience I am having a problem and ad lib until it was sorted out.

My guess is that he lost his place in reading as he was seething with anger as the rain increased and went off the rails.

Imagine how big a moron you'd have to be to place airports at the time of the American Revolution and then just carry on because you didn't recognize or understand the abject stupidity of what you just said. That's Trump. Also, whoever wrote the speech doesn't understand the concept of fact checking. One of the American heroes Trump lauded, Alexander Graham Bell, was born in Scotland and lived much of his life and was buried in Canada. The Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site is in beautiful Baddeck, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia -- well worth a visit, by the way.
