says that this new development does not assure the lack of this question inclusion on the forms. It would not be beyond expectations for this administration (really-republicans) to go forward with expending countless taxpayer dollars in printings in anticipation of some future event that may change the direction, if it meets their goals. Sort of a-- "Wait and see what the lower court may decide"..

I would not put it past them that they "mistakenly" print it with the question and then claim it's too late to reprint new ones when caught.
