Woke up this A.M. to a propaganda tribute to POMPEO's wife as an extra State Dept emissary

I woke up this A.M. (the radio talk is on all night) to hear some "reporter" from this newspaper gushing through an interview of no content or substance, full of promised substance only to end each paragraph with praise for Susan POMPEO, and leading to praise of the spouser POMPEO. There was a fleeting mention of her having been criticized during the government shut down for expensive travels with the spouser while State Department employees were not being paid. But this was rapidly buried by how this person has resumed all the traveling with two goals: To talk personally with embassy staff on their safety and security post-Benghazi and to humanize her spouser by mitigating his forbidding public image.

There was mention of how the spouser had first gained the limelight during the Benghazi Inquisition hearings, this as an explanation for her current role in using her antennae to pick up on security measures being sufficient at the State outposts, so that NOBODY like Ambassador STEVENS would die again the way OBAMA and CLINTON murdered him. Then this "reporter" went on about how unfortunate the spouser's public image is, harsh and forbidding, but that (he says) foreign diplomats have testified to him that when the cameras are off the spouser is possessed of incredible charisma, and that Susan's accompanying him is just *wonderful* for his disposition, that this "reporter" can always see the wonderful improvement in him whenever she's accompanying him.

There was no mention of any extra tourist tours, lodging, shopping, or fabulous meals along the way. So we've gotten over the Government Shutdown phase and have accepted her as the bastion of volunteer public service. What is it with this nepotism and feeding at the public trough as with Ivanka allowed to stand in for SHITLER at official events (not a question).

The wife is married to a spouse. Taking a linguistic leap, spouse sounds like "mouse," and a cat good as a mouse hunter is a mouser, no? So, just giving my contempt for the subjects a further twist, albeit illogical about the cat.

President Donald Trump’s cabinet picks have repeatedly been accused of and left their jobs as a result of scandals about misuse and abuse of government privileges by cabinet officials. For example, the White House’ initial HHS Secretary, Tom Price, resigned in 2017 after being caught spending more than $1 million on military and charter flights for himself. Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, who has since resigned, was also found to be engaging in the same highly questionable use of government travel and security privileges. Then, in early 2018, Trump’s first VA Secretary, David Shulkin was also subsequently fired (or perhaps resigned) after an Inspector General’s report found he had abused his official travel privileges on numerous occasions.
