The Gerrymandering ruling adds to the egregiousness of Bush v. Gore

"Disclaimer" or just Prelude or Premise: I have *ZERO* credentials in The Law, am a mere lay person.

So.

The rationale of the SCotUS decision is that Federal courts are not supposed to interfere with States on voting matters. So Bush v. Gore should NEVER have been ruled on by SCotUS, *even* with the cop out of "only for this case, not a precedent."
