Even though SCOTUS ruled that the citizenship question can not be added to the census....

I won't be surprised when Trump orders the question added anyway.
Probably he'll do it quietly and people won't find out until the forms are printed and it's too late to change.

I mean what can they do to him if he does this? Impeach him?

It's black letter law in the Constitution that it must take place every 10 years.
