and then hope someone can catch him after he leaves the room? Maybe Trump will be indicted. Maybe he'll be convicted. Maybe he'll go to prison.
But he can be impeached now.

Its dangerous for one admin to prosecute the former prez. But, if there is any exception, its trump
Second, there is no jury in this country that wont have a few white wingers wholl hang the jury. So trump will get off, although itll be fun to watch him sweat.
