We’re going on five news cycles essentially covering the fallout from Biden basically saying “if I could work with those racists, I can work with anyone.” But a president playing reality TV with potential war and being publicly and credibly accused of rape barely registers.

There’s no reason for the Dems to lose in 2020, but mark these words; they will lose if we and the media hold our candidates to ultra sensitive, PC, gaffe-free standards while continuing to hold the bizarro world president to bizarro world standards.

1. Biden and any candidate can demonstrate how to work with Republicans

right now on the children's holding facilities on the border. This is a real issue that can be addressed right now-we have reports of children needing hospitalization.

Another important issue to address is how to deal with the Russian interference in 2020.

We need to be talking about now.

2. Agreed. But the media and the other democratic candidates are more amped for a game...

of "let's get the frontrunner." I don't take it personally, as good primary candidates have to weather this kind of nonsense to end up being good nominees.

But man Booker and Harris have taken a hit in my eyes. I'm glad the black leaders who experienced the most racism and have worked with Biden for decades have almost universally gotten his back.
