Former Fed Prosecutor Renato Mariotti addresses why Hope Hicks & Susan McDougal situations DIFFERENT

Several posts on this today and at first glance it IS hard to fathom why these cases are not comparable and why Hicks can't just be jailed for contempt-- as was McDougal. But the situations are not comparable in specific ways and thus will have to be litigated differently. Here's why:

Grand juries are not to be messed with. We (collectively, when serving as grand jurors) outrank damn near everybody.
