"SNIP.....

“Republicans are promising to do everything they can to obliterate Roy Moore in the Alabama Senate primary,” Politico reports.

“A push is underway to get President Donald Trump involved in derailing Moore. Republicans are actively moving to recruit Jeff Sessions to run for his old seat. And GOP leaders are warning the party will jeopardize perhaps its only chance at picking up a Senate seat next year if they let Democrat Doug Jones get his favored match-up.”

Said Sen. Martha McSally (R-AZ): "Give me a break. This place has enough creepy old men.”

GOOD! It's time for some of that in the R ranks.

I just wonder how many people who voted for him are really attached to him. Maybe they just want someone ultra right wing. All it will take is for the next R candidate to pull out a derringer on stage, and voters will swoon.

surely all those moral, god-fearing, upright Republican voters in Alabama would never vote for a child molester.

What are they worried about?

Puts a smile on your face. Republicans sweating it out in Alabama is like Mozart on a moonlit evening.

Last time around they were unsuccessful in both the primary and general election. And of course he lost a seat that should have been a gimme for the GOP. I wish them all more of the same. Any unelectable GOP nominee on the ticket is fine and dandy.
