The more Trump Obstructs, acts in a deplorable manner that debases the Office of The President and Democrats point that out, Trump will be defeated.

Democrats have to remind voters what is at stake in 2020. Focus on the issues that matter to people while they go after Trump's fragile ego. Get them to THINK .

4. He is right

In one respect, he does have a point.

It is all about turnout, turnout, turnout and having a good ground game.

People have to believe that their candidate will make their lives better and that voting for their candidate is the right and moral thing to do and worth the effort of voting.

I would imagine after the best part of four years of Trump that whatever Democratic candidate gets the nomination will get the votes of everyone who doesn't want another four years of Trump and the support of all the losing Democratic nominees.

That is what the 2020 election will boil down to: "Do you want another four years of Trump or not?" and the Democratic Party has to make sure that all of the people in the "not" category get to vote.

If that happens, there will be another Blue Wave, which could be even bigger than 2018.

5. So here we go again...

with major news outlets feeding us non-stop Trump articles about his brilliant campaign strategies. No mention of how he didn't really win legally and ethically the first time and how nothing has been done to change that possibility. I'm sick of the term "his base" like they're something to be admired or pattern ourselves after.

I'm also worried that people are going to be so fatigued by politics by election time that turnout will be low. I know I'm completed suffering from Trump fatigue. Did we EVER during Obama's eight years hear so damned much every single moment of every single day in every single media outlet about what President Obama said or did or tweeted, etc.? It's exhausting to have trump in our faces 24/7 even for those of us who do our darndest to avoid him at all costs.
