District was close in 2016 and County went for Hillary in 2016 so it was trending blue.

She should be fine. Again, greedy Repuke voters got their asses handed to them by tRump. Tax cut will also impact OC housing prices, so people needing to come up with 3k to 5k mortgage payments weren't too happy when they realized their hate for liberals, blacks, gays, cost them 15 to 20k last year and will impact their house value long term.
