The DOJ already proved Michael Cohen's case, and President Asshole is directly involved in that crime. That passed their high standards.

Congress doesn't need Rusher or Obstruction - Trump's campaign-violation payment to Stephanie Clifford through Cohen is adequate to Impeach.
