JAIL HORROR: Family desperate after Black father dies in jail with his brain, heart and throat remov

An army veteran’s family is searching for answers a year after the father of two young boys mysteriously died in a Pennsylvania jail and his brain, heart and throat were removed.

And no one is talking.

The family of 41-year-old Everett Palmer Jr. explained that he went to a York county jail to address an outstanding DUI warrant on April 7, 2018. But two days later the family was informed that Palmer was arrested and had died.

And his body was returned to the family sans a brain, throat or heart.

The man’s cause of death was determined by the coroner to be “complications following an excited state, associated with methamphetamine toxicity, during physical restraint,” Spectrum News reported.

According to the county coroner’s report Palmer “became agitated and began hitting his head against his cell door.”

Rose and Dwayne Palmer, the man’s parents, denied the claim that their son was violent and would commence to hitting his head in such a violent way to reporters.

If I were writing this as a horror story, I would account for the brain and throat removal to hide the evidence that there was a struggle, probably one that landed him in a coma. And the heart, harvested when it was obvious he wasn't going to get through.

I thought that theory had been thoroughly discredited a few years ago, but maybe Pennsylvania continues to cling to this notion that certain people just get so agitated while being arrested or restrained that they kill themselves while resisting their lawful captors. I like the coroner's circumspect language that implies that Palmer was on a methamphetamine overdose at a very unfortunate time.

The family deserves some answers. I'm not optimistic that the State of Pennsylvania will be able to give them any.

A person could loose their hands, feet, and head in different places and it be ruled suicide

Some hospital bigwig would put people in comas with carbon monoxide and then sell their organs to the highest bidder.

Where did these cops and jailers get their training? SS concentration camps?

"The family has reportedly hired their own pathologist who ruled Palmer’s death as a homicide..."

I hope the family hires excellent attorneys to help them sue and find the facts and Justice. Some cops need to be prosecuted for murder!

I'm so fucking tired of the idea that bad cops get the same kind of treatment as good cops (notwithstanding the very real, and very INTENTIONAL infiltration of police forces with Nazis and white national assholes).

This is like some kind of horror movie! What could possibly be the reason for removing those vital organs? Something very fishy is going on here.

We'll probably never know what happened to this man. I can only imagine the anger and loss this man's family must feel, knowing they might never get any closure.

You don't just lose brains, hearts and throats. It's like a horror movie come to life.

The only reason I can think of for why someones throat would be removed would be to hide evidence of strangulation. I'm guessing that the brain and heart would reveal death by asphyxiation. Or at least would contradict the coroner's story.
