It's time to admit that The Deplorables have achieved escape velocity from decency.

Remember when we all thought that his approval numbers would tank when people realized what a turd he was? Well they do realize and they like it.

Our strategizing going forward is going to have to be based on that fact.

Because they really care *nothing* about the laws of the land, national debt, healthcare, science, climate change, education, women’s rights, infrastructure, foreign policy, etc., etc.

The ONE thing they want, above all else, is “owning the libs.” If it meant destroying everything in sight, they’d be fine with it, as long as some tinpot dictator is “owning the libs” on their behalf.

Like conditioned lab rats, they will vote against their own interests time after time, as long as it means that women will be denied abortions; that they can keep their military-style weaponry; that persons of color will continue to be “kept in their place”; and that their religious beliefs can steamroller any laws.

They need a father figure to tell everyone what to do and "put his foot down," especially to stop those uppity lib feminazi women!

The average Trump supporter (aka Republican) tends to view the world only in basic absolutes: you’re either with us or against us, life begins at conception and that’s it, all liberals are anti-American, etc.

The tough-talking daddy speaks in simple terms. And if you praise him and adore him unconditionally, you won’t get a beating yourself, but “those others” certainly will.

Most of the pro-impeachment threads have the same central point: We have to expose what Trump is doing, has done, and will probably do, then there will be a clear majority including GOPers who will want him out.

Anybody who doesn't already know by now why Trump has to go is simply unreachable.
