I am going to be my front yard.. (after the announcement is made, that our Democratic candidate has won and we have taken the senate.. ) with a bunch of sparklers.. I do not care what time it is.. 10PM or 2AM).. I will stick them in my lawn all the way up my walk.. and set them all off.. now if I can only get my Democratic neighbors to do the same thing..

1. What a great idea!

It has been 65+ years since I have had a thought of that song. As children in a tiny Methodist church in rural America we sang that song with much gusto.....over and over again and again. Thanks for the memory.

2. When I got the idea for the sparklers, that just popped into my head

and it has been rolling around in there all morning.. I have the same great memory... I think it was the first song I ever learned.. I have the barest of memories of being 3 and singing that at the top of my lungs..
