Trump starts his UK state visit with unhinged attack on the mayor of its capital

Trump's trip to the UK is already off to an embarrassing start.
So much for diplomacy.
Before he even landed in the U.K. for a three-day state visit, Trump squandered his chance to look presidential by firing off a series of childish and unbecoming tweets attacking London Mayor Sadiq Khan.
"@SadiqKhan, who by all accounts has done a terrible job as Mayor of London, has been foolishly 'nasty' to the visiting President of the United States, by far the most important ally of the United Kingdom," Trump tweeted before he even touched down for the trip. "He is a stone cold loser who should focus on crime in London, not me."
Trump continued his rant against Khan with a second tweet that misspelled Khan's name as he hurled more schoolyard insults at the mayor.
