In my personal experience in being surrounded by dozens of Trump loving family members, they don't even have a 5th graders understanding of how their own government works.

I have actually asked that question before and got blank stares... Picture a cow chewing cud. The diehard Republicans that I know have this fuzzy, nebulous idea that since Trump is the president, he gets to order around Congress and the courts at will...very kinglike with warm overtones of fascism.

5. I like to ask religious people to name the 10 Commandments.

They usually get 6 or 7. I tell them that's pretty good, you know your Jewish laws, now how many of the Beatitudes the laws of Jesus can you name. What's a Beatitude is the usual answer.
