Most notable was Mueller's explanation that he couldn't charge Trump with obstruction even though he definitely wasn't declaring that Trump didn't commit obstruction. (He said this in the report as well, but he decided to emphasize today that he didn't say "no obstruction.&quot

We just heard it from his own mouth and that's what is getting the attention. Which is why he needs to testify in public before Congress. But he doesn't want to. Mueller is getting too much credit here. This could be viewed as worse than a nothing burger.
