(49,388 posts)I haven't seen any SNL skits in her honor since her back door visit with th Pope, so I guess her "15 minutes" are done, except for an occasional dig whenever Kentucky's negatives are brought up.

Ark Encounter, which unveiled the 510-foot-long model in 2016, says that heavy rains in 2017 and 2018 caused a landslide on its access road, and its five insurance carriers refused to cover nearly $1 million in damages.
In a 77-page lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, Ark Encounter asks for compensatory and punitive damages.
The ark itself was not damaged and the road has been rebuilt, according to the suit.

(8,515 posts)You would have thought Noah could have easily fixed the access problem and got the thing rolling again.. Maybe he's beginning to slip a bit....It i'll be awhile I guess before he begins to encounter the dementia problems we all face...I wish him the best!

(4,066 posts)I so hope they didnt' have specific flood insurance so the insurance company can deny their claims under the "Acts of God" clauses in every insurance contract.
