saying she didn't like the questions. Too bad! It's not her call to make. She likes playing a martyr and the attention that brings.

She received a pardon. The only thing that could hurt her, testifying now, is if she lied then (I think she did, regarding Wikileaks) and repeats the lie now.

Repeating a lie before the new grand jury would be a new instance of perjury.
