Rep. Brindisi aide charged with patronizing a prostitute
Albany Times-UnionA longtime aide of U.S. Rep. Anthony Brindisi – since his time in the state Assembly – was charged on Friday with patronizing a prostitute.
John A. Stemen, 57, was arrested on the misdemeanor charge by state police following an investigation involving a 17-year-old whom he acknowledged paying $200 for a sexual date, according to a press release. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Utica City Court on May 20.
