Now days, our own government keeps us in the dark and is destroying our legacy as a country. Trump, his goons and along with the GOPer's have made a mockery out of our constitution. albeit, without the word that I wont say. No, getting home before dark was not the only thing we had to worry about. We have always been a racially divided country. And, when I grew up, going into the military and dodging bullets and bombs was NOT an OPTION, unless you were in a rich family, ie, cadat bone spurs.

Make America Great Again was ALWAYS a slogan that made me gag at best, and angry all the time. If I were a candidate, I would be tempted to have a slogan that stated Make America Great for Everyone, MAGE. In BLUE, of course. Even if its not a a great slogan, it is MY mindset.

The racism, misogyny, violence, willful ignorance and plain stupidity of a large % of the american public was always known to me (thanks dad!). I'm really liking the new generations (I'm gen x, the backwash of the boomers)and actually feel more optimistic now about my fellow humans than ever before. The ability of millennials to talk instead of fight is awesome and it is comforting and inspiring to learn from them.
