(28,811 posts)Impeachment is the constitutional remedy for this president. To put it off indefinitely because of a possibly flawed political calculus is to leave the Democrats looking as dismissive of the Constitution as republicans have proved they are.
We cannot know how it will turn out. The historical record will show who followed the law and who shit on the law.
disclaimer I've been FOR impeachment pretty much since his 1st day in office: that's how long he's been committing impeachable offenses.
