So while the vile MAGAcretin, ReTHUGs and the usual hacks

were shouting no collusion no obstruction of justice after Barr's four page fake summary, Flood was writing a letter bawling about the findings of the report.

Question - can the Con now claim executive privilege to prevent McGahn going to Congress when he already spoke with Mueller?

he won't win in the courts, but he doesn't want to win in the courts, he wants to delay everything up to the election.. The case will go to a district court, then after a delay to an appeals court, all the way to the SC which may take 1 1/2 years or more.

This is why I have been pushing for an impeachment hearing because it carries more clout. Democrats can petition the courts to expedite their rulings.

Trump will try to do the same thing with Mueller. Mueller is going to have to resign from the justice department or he will never be allowed to testify, even if he resigns, Trump is going to fight his testifying before Congress. Hopefully Mueller and Nadler can work something out that Mueller is allowed to testify May 15.

Also, the grand jury testimony will never be turned over to Congress unless Democrats hold impeachment hearings. Barr stated that he would turn over grand jury information for an impeachment hearing,

Just saw our faux religious vice president on TV, he sure is a smarmy one, but I cannot help thinking that any deeply reli8gious person would be working night and day for those poor children and babies that they have imprisoned. I thought they were all God's children!

Rich people are rich because they are god's chosen ones. Poor people have sinned against god and deserve to be punished.

Also OT, but I was thinking about Jesus and his Apostles watching people going into the synagogue. A Pharisee dropped a 20 spot into the poor basket, then a widow dropped in a penny. Jesus asked them who gave more. The Apostles must have been Republicans because they answered the Pharisee but Jesus must have been a Democrat because he said the widow gave more because she gave a bigger % of her income while the Pharisee just gave from his excess. Kinda reminds one of the story that a CEO pays a smaller % of taxes than his secretary pays.
