When a woman has sex for non-procreational purposes (like pleasure or rape) which results in a pregnancy she tries to terminate, the woman should be arrested for killing or trying to kill a zygote.
The pregnancy is the gotcha.
If a man goes to a medical professional to clear up an STD and does not have a pregnant wife with an STD, it proves he was just having sex for non-procreational purposes. Therefore, he should be arrested for killing spermbabies not used for conception.
The STD is the gotcha.
This would work better if men could get pregnant.
