Impeachment? We don't have time...

As of this evening and Trump's announcement that he is not going to comply with subpoenas or have his aides testify, he must think he is either going to be our new king or he is going to be our first tyrant.

Therefore, forget impeachment. It is time to frog march this clown out of the Oval Office...NOW~

2. We have no time to waste on oversight hearings. We must move to impeachment investigation hearings.

Regular oversight hearings do not give authority to Congress to obtain Mueller's grand jury info. Only formal impeachment proceedings can do that.

Per the Washington Post:

Significantly, the appeals court decision several days ago reaffirmed that exception. All three judges agreed that an impeachment inquiry falls within the “exception for judicial proceedings” and “coheres” with other rulings about the proper scope of grand jury secrecy.

Not only would trying to recreate the grand jury testimony be time-consuming and wasteful, now that the White House has ordered all Trump aides, including McGahn, to not respond to Congressional subpoenas, it will be next to impossible to do it before 2020 as Congress is forced to go to court...maybe the Supreme Court, with each witness.

4. Agree with the sentiment

But we need to translate sentiment into practical next steps. Without the practical next steps we can’t realize the vision. Impeachment is the next step in the process and as of tonight all those moaning desk warriors need to shut up and support this process. We’ve got to kick the process off NOW before it’s too late. Someone needs to sit down with Nancy and explain the imperative to action. Once the first steps are taken events will unfold at a surprising rate.

8. And now we see some of the fatal flaws in the US gov structure

Because there is no legal way to remove a mentally unstable, criminal/ conspirator posing as prez when you have a complicit party in control of the senate. Another major flaw is the electoral college.
