5. Yup, you don't need to attach impeachment as an inevitable conclusion

in order to have hearings. Honestly, doing so makes it look more partisan anyway.

The important thing is the health of the nation and the Constitutional state. You want to make it obvious that is your goal, not merely partisan politics.
