and we may never see that grand jury testimony unless a judge says so and you may not have noticed but he is stacking the courts. But an indictment after he leaves office will have a grand jury all its own. And frankly, removing him from office just isn't enough. I want him removed from society altogether as well as from his money.

A judge's ruling in a trial might be more predictable (legal precedent, understanding of the law, and all that), but we'd run the risk of getting an activist judge.

lower standard of proof I think (preponderance of evidence) and verdict doesn't need to be unanimous
