The first person to go jail should be Don McGahn if he does not adhere...

...to the subpoena from the Congress.

He is no longer connected to the White House in any way and has no reason to disobey the subpoena.

They should send him the message. There is no executive privilege.

Be on time.

The Con has no privilege over McGahn because he already allowed McGahn to speak to Mueller.

Executive Privilege was waived when McGhann was given the okay to talk to Mueller.

Mueller can answer those questions on his McGhann material. Trump cannot stop Mueller.

Rachel is correct that Trump has no legal legs to stand on regarding the waiving of Executive Privilege regarding anyone else from testifying before Congress who talked with Mueller. This is Obstruction of Justice in plain sight.
