I wonder if Putin is happy with his selected candidate?
I’m sure he’s happy not to have Hillary. I think that was his primary concern. I sort of doubt he ever thought Trump would win the election, just sowing devisiveness. But I always say the Russians are very good at getting the most bang for there buck. I doubt they spent anywhere near 100 million helping Trump get elected (peanuts in a presidential race). They spent money on other candidates as well. I wonder how much they expected to accomplish, I suspect they were rewarded beyond their wildest dreams. And there is no doubt Trump has bent over backwards sucking up in return. But he is such a loose cannon I bet he makes Putin uncomfortable. And you get the Donald sticking his nose in the Middle East, Venezuela, etc where Russia has interests and not sure the Russians are happy with having him in there.
