Criminal neglect to protect our Constitution

Donald Trump took an oath to protect and defend our Constitution.

He failed miserably.

He was informed that Russia was intent on attacking our electoral system and he did nothing to protect our country. In fact, he assisted a foreign adversary in attacking our election system. He worked with the Russians to get information on his political opponent.

He stood on a stage in Helsinki and defended Vladimir Putin and bad-mouthed his own intelligence agencies. He tore down our Allies and NATO, much to the satisfaction of the Russians.

From day one, he has neglected to defend our Constitution.

Why doesn't the media ask the Republican Senators and Congressmen if they agree with the President when he says those thing for Putin and against our agencies? I don't understand that...

They've been agreeing with, covering for, and enabling him for his entire term, so I think the media (and most everyone else, for that matter) just assumes nothing has changed. And they would be correct.

I agree that it would be nice if the media would press them on it, but it's not really that surprising to me that they don't.
