Unless they are leaked by a patriot, is there really any substantial chance that either Trump's

tax returns or the unredacted Mueller report will be available to Congress prior to the 2020 election? Does anyone really believe that Trump will permit either of these to be released, even if ordered to do so by a court?

I am at the point where I do not believe there is any law, rule, custom or constitutional provision that Trump will not willfully ignore if that helps him stay in power. This will get much worse before it gets any better.

for impeachment proceedings, other than that Barr and Republicans will fight subpoenas right up to the SC.
