I'm posting this not to "hammer" on Disney... Disney is a place that has given me some of the best memories of my life....... but rather to me this is yet another example of the corporate and ultra-rich greed that is EVERYWHERE. You could erase the name Disney from this thread and substitute almost ANY other major corporation.... walmart, amazon, Comcast etc.........

and omg are the wage scammers.
starter jobs? my niece had a relevant ba when she started. she worked for a year as a fucking intern, small stipend.
finally got a real hire, and still truly shitty money compared to the real world.
now they are paying her some decent coin, but only on a "project contract". when the project ends, they can drop her back to her former shitty wages.

i got nothin against legally and fairly gotten gain. but when you practically have a license to print money, and you dont spread it around?
fuck you. glad my kids are grown.
