Starr came out during the 9/11 investigations and recommended that there be no special prosecutor. He is just full of advice.

(86,646 posts)did to the country helped set the tone for where we are now! Like Barr, he was hired to set in motion an accelerated pace at deconstructing Democracy by sullying the role of special prosecutor/impeachment such that we the people would be wary of going that route again. This was to clear the way for bucheney, notice how we just couldn't charge them with anything? Of course, we would have ended up with many of the same actors as we see now. I think that investigations in public will serve to expose enough that we could force him out one way or another in the end. The question is just how much damage will be done in the interim?
