Matthews: If they see impeachable offenses, they should impeach

"Tomorrow is either going to be the beginning of the impeachment process, or the end of it."

Said something along the lines of it will depend on whether the House has the courage to act if there are impeachable offenses in the report.

I think it's probably more likely that something will come out of the investigations that are ongoing that is more damaging than what Barr shows up with tomorrow. Tomorrow isn't the end of anything, regardless.
