The Trump admin is running this rollout of the Mueller report flawlessly. Barr and Rosenstein will get up there, say nothing serious happened, and it won't be until mid-afternoon when people have read the report that the storyline can change.

Trump will get a full 6 hours of video of Barr and Rosenstein proclaiming his innocence. Trump will probably answer a few questions afterwards, at which he'll say stuff like "i told you so" and "no collusion, no obstruction", which will be replayed ad nauseam.
